Angels and demons - Dan Brown

This is a fast-paced mystry thriller that happens in a single-day time frame. It handles themes such as Conspiracy Theories, Religion, and Science. The ancient, most-feared, long-deemed dead enemy of Roman Catholic, the Brotherhood of Illuminati resurfaces 400 years later and threatens to blow up the Vatican City - God's own City. American Arts Lecturer at Harvard, Robert Langdon and the beautiful and brilliant scientist Vittoria Vetra must go on a wild goose chase to stop the Hassassin. A shocking revelation in the end, this is a compelling book.
A film adaptation was released on May 15, 2009, although I haven’t watched it yet.
This is the first book in the Robert Langdon series. Other books are The Da Vinci Code, The Lost Symbol, Inferno, and Origin.

It's one of those hot, sky-blue days that taste of vanilla ice cream and summer and future, when your heart beats faster for no apparent reason, and when you're prepared to swear any oath that friendships never end.
